Small fits shoe sizes 1-3, Medium 4-7 and Large 8-12.

Where is the grip?

Anti-slip rubber grip pads are on both the inside and the outside of the foot, so your foot stays locked in your cleat and your sock stays in place.

Yes. They are mid-calf length, so most players wear them under a cut team sock or sleeve.
